Statement
“The idea of “Twisted” came from taking a wooden form and twisting it. With steel you can twist it by adding heat. From the anvils of blacksmiths this was our creation on smithed wood, giving it an illusion of being twisted.”
—Larry Larson & Dave Sauvageau, 2015
About the Artists
Larry And Dave are two local imagineers, that work together in a metal lab in West Fargo, under the business name P2 Industries. Design, create, inspire is a daily routine in the shop, and that process never ends. The two of them are constantly into something creative. Both are very passionate about public art – they feel art should be for everyone. When asked to be a part of the Sticksgarden, it wasn’t a question of if they had time, it was, “When can we start?”
